Naples... Still very Italian
I had this nostalgia of "True Italian Spirit "while visiting Milan and Rome last five years, until I have been to Naples.Naples had everything I was looking for.A very core, classical city which is still perfectly "very " Italian .I had limited time so I was lucky to get lost in "Storico Antico".
It was so beautiful and still same as ancient times.I almost was in tears when I find out that you can step back in time as nothing has changed and, all was preserved and so alive.Every little street and wherever you turn your head was a heaven for a photographic eye.
Thank you Naples ..Please do not change a thing..

The Laughter Of TAO
During my recent visits to Hong Kong ,I have come across the exhibition of Chinese Contemporary Artist Yue Min Jun.His work was very impressive and had a very current way of depicting what he had to say.All the paintings left me with mixed feelings of sadness ,loneliness and at the same time a devilish urge to set free of these rather heartbreaking notes.
As it is widely believed in psychology and science ;even a fake smile sends signals to your brain that, it is not all that bad.Yue Min Jun is reflecting this, in his "Silly Smile"series.Tao is definitely not smiling but ,at least he is trying..I just wanted to reach out and, take his pain away..
Look out for Yue Min Jun's new works..
Scan Me !!!
Business cards are about to disappear from our lives, just as love letters left us during last twenty years.New way of introducing yourself will be ,scanning each other.Instead of reaching out for the small rectangle cards ,we will be pointing out our smartphones to someone's QR code.It is impossible to compare the amount of the information you can get via QR code ,as it is unlimited.
So far ,it has been said that QR codes are populer amongs men as sixty percent of the readers are men users.Patience is also required ,as you can not succeed in scanning all the time because of certain aspects like low light and shaky hands. But ,these lowdowns are predicted to be developed very soon.
I can imagine smart executive men men wearing cufflinks similar to the ones above ,rather than carrying business cards in the future.
Storing information such as your medical details also can be a lifesaver ,if you happen to have an accident. If medics find out your QR code on a bracelet ,it will help them scan your emergency info and find out all your history of your past.I think it is time to get used to these black and white graphics .They will be around for a long run.

WISE AND HIP JAPAN
Few hints if you are about to visit Tokyo.
Make sure you go first to Daikanyama (up and coming hip local area)Edgy boutiques, some of the best cafe culture in Japan, and Fumihiko Maki’s Hillside Terrace make the Daikanyama area one of Tokyo’s hippest neighborhoods, featuring a fascinating mixture of the cute, the cutting edge and the retrospective.
Superfuture map gives a terrific insight to the cool stores around the area.
Aoyama is another 'Must See', as a chic-district with fascinating architecture.Elegant and daring crowd dressed in a muted experimental way.(Yes it is possible :)Jacques Herzog describes these glass panes as ;“An interactive optical device. Because some of the glass is curved, it seems to move as you walk around it. That creates awareness of both the merchandise and the city—there's an intense dialogue between actors. Also, the grid brings a human scale to the architecture, like display windows. It's almost old-fashioned.”I just looooved it.
And The Comme de Garçons Aoyama Store is a marvel at its unique atmosphere amongst the other sharp and angular structures by Japanese designers… To me, it looks like a fishtank from the outside and it’s like a maze inside. The architecture and interior concept of this store basically represented the uniqueness of brand character of Comme de Garçons with the use of blue- a colour rarely used in architecture.
